Information You Provide Directly

- Billing and Subscription Data: Payment details and transaction metadata managed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
App Data Processing & Data Minimization
- Schedule and Flight Data (My CA Companion): Schedule feeds, flight details, and location metrics retrieved from third-party .ics links or scheduling systems are processed on the fly or stored locally on your device to generate your calendar feeds. We do not store your flight schedules, location history, or duty rosters on our servers.
- Financial & Payment Data (BASIL): Billing and pay calculation inputs are processed locally on your device or via secure third-party processing partners.
Automatically Collected Technical Information
- Device & Usage Information: Technical identifiers including IP address, operating system, app build version, device type, user agent, and diagnostic logs.
- Security Data: Bot challenge and security verification data processed by service providers (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile) to protect our Services against abuse.
Third-Party SDKs and Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers and software development kits (SDKs) to power our application functions, payments, and infrastructure. These partners process information subject to strict confidentiality and security standards:
- Payment & Subscription Processing: Stripe, Apple In-App Purchase (Apple Inc.), and Google Play Billing (Google LLC).
- Infrastructure & Security: Cloudflare (Turnstile and network protection), cloud server hosts, and database service providers.
- Support & Communication: Transactional email service providers.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Services.

Account & Data Deletion Rights
In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store developer requirements, users have full control over their account and associated data:
- In-App Deletion: You can request account deletion directly within the settings menu of our mobile applications.
- Web Deletion Request: You can initiate a complete account and data deletion request online by visiting our data deletion portal at https://travelkidd.com/delete-account or by emailing hello@travelkidd.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- With-in 30 days of receiving an account deletion request, we permanently delete your account credentials and associated billing metadata from our active databases, subject only to data we are legally obligated to retain for tax, accounting, or audit compliance.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain legal jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the legal age threshold without verified parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
